2. The working principle of shuttering magnets

The core component of the entire shuttering magnet is the magnetic array. The neodymium magnet and the steel plate form a special magnetic circuit, which provides a strong attractive force, which is controlled by the air gap. The relevant magnetic circuit is shown in the figure below.

4. How to use shuttering magnets?

• Place the shuttering magnet on the designated position of the stainless steel plate.

• After pressing the clamping handle, the shuttering magnet will be attracted to the board.

• Use a professional crowbar to pry the clamping handle, and the magnetic force decreases with the increase of the air gap between the magnetic array and the board.

• The fixing screws can fix different types of side rails and stops.

5. The maintenance method of the magnetic template

• Prevent damage to the magnet to the greatest extent and avoid external forces.

• The working surface of the magnetic array should be kept clean and smooth, which is similar to the magnetic lifter.

• The flexibility of the gripping handle is affected by the intrusion of iron filings and concrete.

• Appropriate rust prevention.

• The maximum working temperature of the simple shuttering magnet should be lower than 80℃.
