These are N42 grade square block magnets with 8.2mm diameter countersunk hole, coated with rubber and measuring 50 x 50 x 25mm in size.

These rubber-coated magnets are slightly bigger than a regular post-it note but produce an incredible pull force of 84kg. They are incredibly strong and can erase data on hard disk drives, making them commonly used in large engineering projects like wind turbines.

They have the convenience of countersunk holes, which means they can be secured onto surfaces. Counter magnets with opposite relative polarity can be used to attract two surfaces, or two counter magnets with the same relative polarity can be used to produce damping, shock absorption, or repulsion effects.
