Rubber-Coated Magnetic Block, 50 X 50 X 25MM Thickness

Rubber-Coated Magnetic Block, 50 X 50 X 25MM Thickness

Characteristics of 50 x 50 x 25mm rubber-coated square magnets

These are N42 grade square block magnets with 8.2mm diameter countersunk hole, coated with rubber and measuring 50 x 50 x 25mm in size.

  • Measuring 50mm x 50mm x 25mm thick, with a countersunk hole of 8.2mm diameter on each side for securing, with an excellent pull force of 84kg.

  • rubber-coated.

  • Can be secured in place with countersunk screws.

  • N42 grade.

  • Excellent resistance to demagnetization and corrosion.

These rubber-coated magnets are slightly bigger than a regular post-it note but produce an incredible pull force of 84kg. They are incredibly strong and can erase data on hard disk drives, making them commonly used in large engineering projects like wind turbines.

They have the convenience of countersunk holes, which means they can be secured onto surfaces. Counter magnets with opposite relative polarity can be used to attract two surfaces, or two counter magnets with the same relative polarity can be used to produce damping, shock absorption, or repulsion effects. These are one of the strongest counter magnets available in the market.

High performance rubber-coated (N42) square magnets measuring 50 x 50 x 25mm with countersunk holes on each side. Compact yet incredibly strong.

Analysis of parameter of 50 x 50 x 25mm rubber-coated square magnets

  • Shape: Square;

  • Magnetic Face: 50 x 50;

  • Thickness: 25mm;

  • Grade: N42Kg;

  • Pull Force: 86;

  • Plating: Ni-Cu-Ni (Nickel);

  • Material: NdFeB;

  • Performance (Gauss): 4,900;

  • Vertical Pull force: 19kg;

  • Maximum Temperature (Celsius): 80;

  • Fixing: 8mm Screw.

The rubber coating on the magnet increases friction with ferrous materials and protects it from corrosion caused by water. Additionally, the coating makes it an ideal choice for attracting fragile or easily marked surfaces as it can soften impact and prevent marking.

Note that these magnets should only be handled by personnel accustomed to dealing with strong magnets and only after thorough risk assessment, as they can easily crush trapping fingers and cause serious injury.
