  What impact does Chinese holiday have on your business operation？

  The Spring Festival to Chinese people is as big as what the Christmas to European or American people. There is 10 days public holiday but the practical influence is much longer. People working far away from home tend to stay longer with family by leaving work earlier and coming back later as it is one of the most important traditions in the Spring Festival that family members should reunion. Meanwhile, the customs, shipping agencies are extremely busy in the time before and after Spring Festival, which increases the likelihood of failing to book vessels for shipping. So, it is suggested to schedule your order and shipping plan to avoid the Spring Festival period, which is the public holiday with 1 month before and after it.

  How long is the price valid for？

  We always keep our prices stabilized as long as we can. Rare earth price and exchange rate are major causes that might lead to price increase. Rare earth price has been fluctuating with an upward trend. The exchange rate between CNY and USD is also somewhat changing all the time as influenced by international economic situation.

  What if quality problem happens？

  We admit that quality problem does happen. Our short-term handling is to send out free replacement or deduct the payment of problem products. More importantly, we apply preventive measures immediately to find out the root cause and make necessary improvement in the process so that the problem does not happen again.

  Do you make stock on any of your magnetic assemblies or you just produce to order?

  We have some stock on hook magnets made from ceramic magnet. With the rest of the products we mainly produce to order. But we are open to any discussions about stock based on forecast.
