* We test the holding force of magnetic assembly by attaching it to a 20mm thick steel plate (low carbon steel with no coating) at room temperature and then pulling it slowly in the vertical direction with the device that is sensitive enough to record the strength at the moment when the magnetic assembly is separated from the steel plate. This is to give you a reference while the actual holding force in the real application could be different with the change of pulling direction, the thickness of the steel, surface treatment, etc.

As one of our top sellers of rubber-coated magnets, the rectangular rubber coated magnet is highly cost-effective with a super strong pull force of 3500N based on small body size of 85x50x35mm.

It contains a sandwich magnetic assembly inside, which is the best structure to maximize the magnetic force. The surrounding sides are covered by rubber coating and protect the neodymium magnet core inside from oxidation and corrosion, made of TPV that features great long-term ageing, anti-corrosion, UV-proof and anti-oil properties. The bottom side is the magnetic side and is exposed without a rubber coat so that the two polar legs can contact directly with the attaching surface and no air gap to decrease the magnetic force. The top side is mounted with an M10x30 bolt made of stainless steel, to allow possible mounting or fixing with other parts like light, camera, cable etc.

We can also coat the bottom side so that the magnet is fully rubber coated, but the magnetic pulling force is then lower at 1500N.

We also have a low-level configuration version that pulls 1200N with the same outer dimensions. Suitable for usage that requires lower strength. The price is cheaper accordingly. But we require minimum order quantity due to low demand quantity from few customers.
