Our Practice in Assuring Quality Consistency for Huge Quantities

Majority of our customers do not inspect magnetic products they buy from us. It is not that the quality of these magnetic products matters not so much, quite on the contrary, the quality makes big difference. They are not inspecting because, well, first, it might be an absolutely different field from theirs, secondly, we provide stable reliability on our quality consistency even for large quantities up to millions of pieces.

Thanks to fast development in mechanics, more an more jobs can be done by machines through special design and they can do it perfectly. We make SOP on every step of our production process and, based on the SOP, we gradually replace hand work with program-controlled motion unit until every crucial step, for example, positioning, gluing time control, pressing force control etc, which are essential to the final quality, is done by machines.

The whole process of replacing hand work was strictly monitored. We compare all test data between products out of hand work and machine work after each step and over a long time, Finally, all the numbers convinced us that machine’s work is superior especially for huge quantities. As simple as it is that a machine has the advantage that it never gets tired and it is not affected by emotions, but we did not take it for granted that it can do better until we see the numbers and test values.
