The two cartons shown below are of different dimensions where the one on left is larger. They contain the same quantity of our D20mm China NdFeB pot magnet. Both proved to be perfectly suitable for long-distance ocean shipping in terms of giving good protection to the product inside. When our customers open the carton, they see the products the way how we have put them in --- these strong magnetic parts do not cluster together after a shaking, bumpy journey, instead they stay in an orderly way without any damage.
In the large carton we insert more layers of corrugated cardboard around so that the products are surrounded by "thicker wall". If you want go eco-friendly and get saving on packing, then the smaller carton would be your choice. Without surrounding corrugated cardboard, the small carton does not protect inside product any less --- repeated practice has proved this. With small carton, customers also get big saving in their unpacking work.
Either way is available upon customer's practical requirement.
