How much weight can precast formwork magnets lift?

When in production of precast concrete parts like a wall or a stair, the pouring of cement paste will produce strong push force against the side baffles and fitting accessories like lifting anchors, embedded wire box, etc. So strong precast formwork magnets are needed to fix the side baffles, lifting anchors, wire box, etc. in place firmly on the casting stable.

For side baffles of the framework, we provide shuttering magnet boxes that can lift 450kg, 900kg, 1500kg, 1800kg, 2100kg standard, 2500kg magnet is possible on request. The strong magnet box help fix side baffles onto casting table to form a frame, inside which filling steel grid and cement paste, to precast a wall, roof, etc.

Shuttering magnet is a fixing magnet system used in precast concrete to fix steel panels, beams, fences and moulds in place on casting table when pouring concrete. It consists of a steel housing and a switchable NdFeB magnet unit and which forms a certain designed magnetic circuit. By pressing the button on top of the steel housing, the magnetic force is activated so that the magnet can fasten the formwork to the steel table tightly. By using a lever the magnet can be released and to be removed.

For installation of different anchors, we have several kinds of magnetic recess formers, 150kg, 190kg, 230kg, 360kg pull force will hold the anchors in place firmly with no moving in the pouring and hardening of concrete.

For socket system we provide magnets 100kg, 150kg, 200kg in diameter 60mm, 74mm, 90mm equipped with M12, M16, M20, M24, M30, M36 threaded bolt.
