At Weizhong Magnetics, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer service. Each step of our production process undergoes rigorous inspections to ensure that only the best products leave our facility. We adhere strictly to the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, integrating quality control into every phase of production. Our thorough inspection process ensures that all rubber-coated magnets meet the highest standards before shipment.
Incoming Inspection
Also known as receiving inspection, the incoming inspection ensures that raw materials, parts, and components meet pre-set quality criteria.

For rubber-coated magnets, we conduct extensive testing on the neodymium magnets, steel parts, and rubber materials to verify their compliance with technical drawing requirements. Neodymium magnets, being the core component, are checked for accurate dimensions, proper tolerances, and the correct grade and plating. The same level of scrutiny is applied to the steel parts and rubber materials to ensure they meet the required standards.
In-Process Inspection
In-process inspections occur at various stages during the production cycle to ensure the product’s quality at each point of the process. These inspections help detect errors early, saving time and resources in the long run and ensuring that issues are addressed as they arise.

We begin by performing a first article inspection before each batch of production to ensure everything is on track. Following that, our quality inspectors randomly sample semi-finished products on an hourly basis for testing, ensuring that operations follow the required standards. If any issue arises during testing, production is halted until the problem is resolved. Our QC team records all testing results in detailed documents for future reference and traceability.
Outgoing Inspection
Outgoing inspection is the final quality check before the magnetic products are shipped. Here, we perform random checks on a variety of parameters, including dimensions, threads, pull force, and visual appearance.
- Quantity check: Based on AQL 1.0 Level II standards.
- Dimensional check: We use calipers to measure dimensions such as diameter, thickness, total height, length, and width, as specified in the technical drawings.
- Thread checks: We use go/no-go gauges to test the threads.
- Visual inspection: We check for defects such as dirt, cracks, flash, or deformation.
- Magnetic force test: We use a pull tester to measure the magnetic force.

In addition to these checks, we:
- Verify the packaging quantity.
- Ensure that labels on bags, boxes, and cartons are correct.
- Address any special customer requirements, such as testing shear force.
- Record all results for traceability.

Maintaining Long-Term Stable Quality in Large Quantities
- ISO Certification: We are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, ensuring that all our production and quality control processes are in strict accordance with international standards.
- Experienced Team: Our team consists of highly trained professionals with extensive experience in their respective fields, ensuring efficient and consistent operations.
