Weizhong Magnetics has moved to new production site in April 2020, the new address is No.8 Jingwu Road, Ganlin Town, Shengzhou, Zhejiang Province, 312400, China. It is a self-built building of 5 floors with total area 10000 sqm.
The company has a robust material management process, adhering to the principle of first in, first out (FIFO). Incoming materials undergo inspection upon arrival, with qualified products archived and stored. During production, we conduct full inspections on some products and random sampling on others, ensuring strict quality control through checks such as dimensional measurement, tensile testing, salt spray testing, UV testing, and more.
Weizhong Magnetics equipped 17 metal processing machines, which enables to carry out all the major production procedures in house including metal machining, metal milling and threading.
We have in-house injection molding, vulcanizing machines, inhence to produce large quantity of rubber coated magnets. The rubber coting magnets with more soft and durable fetures, for which protect the painted or dedicated surface to be attached to free from scratches, also it features good resistance to salt water and UV radiation.
